Privacy Notice

Arts Urban Group Inc (AUG Logistics) collects the name, phone number, optional email, home state, experience and role you submit to respond to recruiting inquiries. We record the time and wording of your callback request so we can document your contact choice. A callback request does not authorize background checks or automated marketing calls or texts. Separate disclosures and authorizations are required before applicable screening requests. We also store advertising source information from the page link, such as campaign tags, to understand where inquiries originate.

How we use your information

We use your application to discuss available opportunities and onboarding. This form does not request a Social Security number, CDL image, financial information or payment. When recruiting notifications are enabled, your name, phone number, role, state and experience are sent through Telegram to the designated recruiting recipient. Screening reports, Social Security numbers and license images are not collected by this form or included in these alerts. Information is stored in our site database and accessible to authorized company administrators and the service providers operating the site.

Advertising measurement

If Meta analytics is configured and you choose to allow it, the Meta Pixel measures page visits and successful applications. Meta may collect browser and device information and use cookies according to its own privacy policy. We do not send the contact details entered in this form to the Pixel. You can use the application without allowing advertising analytics.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your application or to stop recruiting contact. We keep inquiries while needed for recruiting and related business records.
